As we live in India and specially hyderabad where our folks always have the thing in their heads that there are only two respectable occupations one being a Doctor and the other is Engineer. So, if you are on this website because of your parents or if you are a parent looking to force your son/daughter into engineering then please turn back right now. No-disrespect to the profession but a career decision is the most important one and when a Boy or a Girl reaches to the point of doing graduation he has the brains to decide on his own what will be the right choice of career. And so that person and that person only should have the decisive power in this life long decision. And parents please this is my sincere request not to force your child into this let him see other options out there after all if everybody becomes an engineer or a doctor then who will do other jobs in this world?? anyways Engineering is of two types in Andhra pradesh B.E. and B.Tech. B.E. is from the osmania university and B.Tech. is affliated to Jawahar lal technological university both situated in the capital city of Hyderabad.
